Under Arizona law, the Ombudsman Office at the Industrial Commission of Arizona is established to provide information about the workers' compensation system and rules governing commission proceedings and to assist in clarifying the methods used to determine a person's workers' compensation benefits. The Ombudsman Office is not permitted to provide legal advice.
