On June 29, 2017, the Industrial Commission of Arizona issued a Resolution that resolved “the Medical Resource Office of the Commission shall conduct an investigation and study regarding the criteria for expansion enumerated in A.A.C. R20-5-1301(C), and shall, in preparation for a public hearing, publicly post a recommendation regarding a modification or change of the applicability of the guidelines (with relevant study materials) on or before October 31, 2017.'
