The New Average Monthly Wage Maximum for 2016

As directed by statute, the Industrial Commission has adopted a new maximum average monthly wage for 2016. Beginning January 1, 2016, for injuries that occur during calendar year 2016, the maximum average monthly wage is $4,428.91.
